ITC Media Request Form

*Presentations must be submitted to media services 48 hours before the event to ensure our equipment supports the format. Presentations can be emailed or submitted via flashdrive to media services. Please email presentations to kcooks@augustatech.edu or holly.proce@augustatech.edu. **Please provide a timetable, if applicable. Indicate whether you will have a speaker, panel discussion, music, projection, video, etc. How many presenters and presentations? Include all equipment needed: microphones, projector, screen, CD player, and so on. If you're not sure what you need, call Library Services at (706) 771-4165.
